This is actually a property we here at RPS Estate Agents have just taken on today.

Now the first thing I’m going to say is that £249,950 might not be the normal investment level for a buy to let Landlord. But the reason I’ve selected this one is it’s unusual design. You wouldn’t need to do an ounce of work inside and I would imagine from a maintenance point of view, especially as the property is only a few years old, it wouldn’t need any attention for quite some time!
