I spotted this little gem the other day! The reason I wanted to highlight it is that it seems to be in reasonable order internally and would not only let really quickly, but more than likely return a monthly rental of around £795 – £825! Making a potential gross yield of up to 6.2%!!

Staggering figures for an outlay of £160,000!

I already manage quite a few properties on behalf of Landlords in Worthing and the surround roads, so I know for sure this will be a great one to add to a portfolio!
