I’ve been watching this development closely, and have had quite a few of my Landlords snap up one or two properties in this very development. The area was part of a regeneration project for Rowner in Gosport and has actually started to see some real benefits for Landlords and Investors as well as existing resdients.

Three beds are starting at just over £200,000 and could potentially return around £850 PCM, giving you just over 5.0% Gross Yield and possibly a tidy capital return in five years time!

These could be even more of a great buy to let if you manage to negotiate hard with Taylor Wimpey. May be a stamp duty reduction or a few additional fixtures and fittings chucked in ready for your future tenant, you never know unless you ask!
